Why one box, not a subscription
Letter subscriptions abroad post one envelope a month. Here that means twelve courier bookings, twelve delivery fees and twelve opportunities for a parcel to sit in a hub in Ogun State. So we send everything at once — sealed, numbered, in order. The ritual stays daily. The risk happens once. And you get to watch them open it.

What is actually in the box
Gift boxes in this country are usually padded out with things nobody wanted. This one holds one thing, thirty times over. The packaging exists to protect the notes and to make the opening feel like something — that is all it is for.

Start with thirty days, or tell us what you have in mind. There is no second tier selling you the same thing at a higher price.
Want the notes to carry a subtle scent when they are opened? You can add it to any box. No scent, no problem — the box is still exactly what it should be.
The notes are written the same way either way. What Custom changes is the shape of it.
The same box at the same price. The only thing that changes is the questions we ask you — we ask about your season instead of about someone else, and the letter on top is written to you rather than by you.
We deliver to the park nearest you, in any state. The courier cost is settled with you directly once your box is ready, because it changes by state and by park — quoting one figure for everywhere would just mean overcharging most people to cover the rest. We take a limited number of boxes each month so that every one is actually written properly.

Thirty days is where we start, not a rule. Seven days before an exam. Fourteen before a flight. Thirty-five because one month was not enough. Tell us what you are trying to give someone and we will build the box around it.

Questions
Yes. Every note is written out by hand, in pen, one at a time. Nothing is printed in a handwriting font. This is also why we cap how many boxes we take each month — thirty notes takes a person between one and two hours to write properly, and we would rather turn work away than rush it.
Then say so. Thirty is where we start, not a rule. Seven days through an exam week, fourteen counting down to a flight, twenty-one for a new mother, thirty-five because a month was not enough — all of those are Custom, and Custom is priced by hand because it depends entirely on what you ask for. You fill in the same form; we come back with a price and a date instead of charging you at checkout.
Bank transfer or card, whichever you prefer. If you choose transfer we show you the account and a reference on the last screen — put the reference as the narration, because that is how we find your payment, then send the receipt on WhatsApp. We confirm within the hour during the day. Card payments go through Paystack and confirm instantly. Either way nothing is written until the money has landed, and we hold your slot for 24 hours while a transfer clears.
As personal as your answers. A brief that says "she is kind and hardworking" produces thirty polite notes. A brief that says "she calls me Ìyá mi, she has been carrying her father's hospital bills since February, and she still asks everyone else if they have eaten" produces something she will keep. The questionnaire is built to pull the second kind out of you.
Yes, and we encourage it. Most people speak love in a mix — a line of English, then the phrase their mother actually used. Tell us the exact words and where they belong, and we will place them.
Seven days from the day your order and payment come in, on both boxes, then two to five working days with the courier. We deliver to the park, not to the door — you tell us the park nearest you (or nearest them) and we send it there. The courier cost is not charged at checkout: we confirm it with you on WhatsApp once the box is ready, because it genuinely differs by state and by park. If you are sending it outside Nigeria, message us first so we can quote it honestly.
That is the normal case, and it is what the questionnaire is for. You are not being asked to write anything — you are being asked to remember things. If you get stuck, answer what you can and put your number down. Someone will call you and talk it out of you in fifteen minutes.
Nothing in the box is branded on the inside. The notes, the letter and the card carry no logo. The outer packaging is discreet, and if you are sending it directly to them we leave your name off the courier label unless you ask us not to.
Yes, and it is not the same box again. We keep the profile you built and ask you one short question — what has changed since last month — then write from there. Most repeat orders are for the person who finished all thirty days in twenty-two.
